It is indicated to cure attacks of ulcer disease and in reflux-esophagitis. It is recommended to take 20 mg once a day before breakfast. In Zollinger-ellison syndrome the treatment is started from 60 mg, then, if needed, it is brought to 80 mg a day in two intakes. The duration of the course of treatment is from 2 to 8 weeks.
