Hemolytic icterus etc.), kidneys (nephritis); impairments of the functions of blood-forming organs, myxedema (drastic fall of the function of thyroid gland accompanied with hydrops), progressive systemic diseases of brain and spinal cord, decompensated cardiac failures, thromboembolic disease (blood-vessel occlusion with a blood clot).

Relative contradictions are cholelithiasis, kidney stone disease, acute pyelitis (uteropyelitis), rheumatic disease, rheumatic carditis. When ulcer disease of stomach and duodenum the drug should not be administered orally (it should be injected intramuscularly). It is not administered to comatose state patients (unconscious states) including the cases connected with acceptance of medications on the basis of narcotic substances, alcohol, dopes. The blood picture should be controlled, likewise functions of liver and kidneys should be studied. Compazine should not be used for the cancellation of excitement in acute traumas.
